U-Food at Grüne Woche 2025
Presentation of the investment portfolio
In 2025, our association took part in Ukraine’s national pavilion at the Grüne Woche 2025 exhibition, which took place from 17 to 26 January in Berlin.
“Green Week” is one of the leading international agri-food exhibitions, attracting 300,000 visitors and participants from 60 countries across an area of 119,000 m².
U-Food returned to Grüne Woche for the first time in six years, and we are sincerely grateful to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine for its support and for the opportunity to be part of this event. Special thanks to the Federation of Employers of Ukraine for the impeccable organisation of the stand!
This was an important step for us, as it gave us the opportunity to present our new ‘Investment Portfolio’ project for the first time — a platform for raising capital in the food industry. The platform brings together promising business projects and investors, providing access to a structured database and analytics. Thanks to the Ukrainian Food Platform, investments are becoming more accessible and effective.
As part of ‘Green Week’, representatives of the Association also took part in the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA).
This year, the forum brought together over 70 ministers of agriculture.
The key theme of GFFA 2025 was the challenges to food security in the context of global crises, particularly the consequences of the war in Ukraine. Speakers included Cem Özdemir, Claudia Müller, Dr Julius Ekuru and Christine Lang. The U-Food Association took part in panel discussions and held a series of B2B meetings, emphasising the need for international support to rebuild Ukraine’s agricultural infrastructure.
This is another step towards expanding Ukraine’s international presence in the food sector and attracting new partners. We will do everything possible to ensure our continued regular participation in the Grüne Woche exhibition and to showcase Ukrainian projects on the international stage.
