How it works

1. Describe your need

   Tell us what product you need: category, composition, volumes, target price, packaging and delivery terms

2. Supplier selection

   Based on your request, we select verified Ukrainian manufacturers and exporters that match your requirements

3. Samples and verification

   You receive product samples for evaluation. In parallel, we verify certificates and ensure that labelling complies with the requirements of your market

4. Agreement

   We align on price, timelines, volumes and payment terms. We issue the PO and coordinate logistics from the manufacturer to your warehouse

5. Support

   We support you from the pilot batch to regular shipments, help you scale and, where needed, secure dedicated production capacity for your volumes

6. Prepare in advance

   To get started quickly and without delays, please prepare your product specifications, label and packaging design requirements, expected lead time, preferred Incoterms (EXW / FCA / DAP / CPT / CIF) and city or port of destination
