The SIAL China 2026 exhibition opened in Shanghai on 18 May, with Ukraine taking part for the first time!
Ukraine is taking part for the first time in the SIAL China 2026 international food exhibition, which began on 18 May in Shanghai and will run until 20 May. The event is being held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre and is one of the largest international platforms for entering Asian markets: every year it is visited by over 180,000 industry professionals, and features around 5,000 exhibitors from more than 75 countries across an area of 200,000 square metres.
Six Ukrainian producers are showcasing their products at a joint stand in the World Food Zone at stand E3B001.
Vprok Ltd presents natural spices and seasonings;
Zhytomyr Delicacies JSC — chocolate bars;
Umanpivo Ltd — craft and traditional beer;
ALEX-IS Ltd — fruit pastilles and fruit rolls;
OLIS LTD — sauces, ketchups and oil;
Prime Snack Ltd — cheese snacks.
Participation in an exhibition of this scale enables Ukrainian producers to showcase their products to thousands of professional buyers from Asia, establish partnerships with importers and distributors, and strengthen the presence of Ukrainian food brands on the international stage.
Ukraine’s representative stand at SIAL China 2026 is organised by the state agency ‘Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development’ and the ‘U-Food’ Association.
